We are a small batch fermentation business that specializes in Kimchi, Curtido, Kraut & Beets. 

We source our organic produce from local farmers when in season primarily from Lancaster County.

There is a minimum four (4) Jar/Bottle purchase which includes Mix & Match any four jars of Ferments or any four bottles of Kvass.
