The Cottage Kitchen was launched in October of 2015 with the idea that fermented, organic vegetables would be widely accepted by customers as a great source of nutrient dense, wild, raw food. Recently, we launched our brand new line of Kvass and have been hard pressed to keep the Beet Kvass in stock as it sells out each week at our Farmer's Markets. 

We have now consolidated our product offerings to include Kimchi, Curtido, Kraut, Beets and the four respective Kvass associated with each of our flavors. Our recent journey has taken us to retail where we are currently featured in Dundor & Heister, Echo Hill and soon to be Di Bruno Brothers in Philadelphia.
